Christmas Message

But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid; for see - I am bringing you good news of great joy for all people: to you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, who is the Messiah, the Lord."

Luke 2:10-11

Christmas and the New Year will soon be upon us.  Hopefully we will all be surrounded by our families and friends celebrating the gift and promise of hope and love.  That is the great symbolism of the birth of Christ.

CSSA is also mindful that for many in our community, Christmas can be a particularly difficult time – emotionally and financially.  CSSA and its member agencies hold those who may struggle over Christmas in our thoughts and prayers.  Many people working in the CSSA network will be called on by people in their ‘hour of need’ we are very fortunate to have such supportive agencies in our communities.

May you all have a happy, holy and safe Christmas and CSSA looks forward to working with you in 2014.
