Sacred Heart Mission Inc

Sacred Heart Mission has a proud history of working with the most disadvantaged members of our community and assisting them to rebuild their lives. Since opening our doors in 1982, the Mission has evolved into an innovative organisation that is sustained by a deep pool of generosity and talent within the organisation as well as significant support from the wider community. The Mission is part of the fabric of St Kilda, is a leader in the sector, and a vocal advocator for people who are homeless or living in poverty. The Mission has continued to respond to the basic needs of those who seek assistance. Progressively, we have sought to provide services which address the underlying causes of homelessness and help people to live life to the full. Our services include case worker support; assistance with housing; health services including mental health and alcohol and other drugs support; accommodation services;aged care service, meals program and many other services aimed at improving the quality of people's lives.
