Centacare delivers an extensive range of social welfare and outreach services across the Catholic Diocese of Ballarat. Centacare provides services that support individuals, couples, families and communities, empowering people to bring about positive change in their lives and building community capacity. With over 40 years’ experience Centacare continues to support people who are most volnerable and disadvantaged with services such as counselling, employment, housing and homelessness, family and relationship services, parenting services, mental health, victims of crime, advocacy and outreach. Centacare works in partnership with Federal and State governments, fellow welfare agencies, other funding bodies and the greater community to deliver professional and responsive services. Building on the values of Catholic Social Teaching, Centacare welcomes everyone no matter what their race, religion, gender or sexuality.
